Exercise

My goal is to do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise every day for 365 days.

I’m keeping it to 30 minutes so that I can add to this if I want, but on the days when we don’t go to the gym or do more, I have a baseline of movement.

Exercise to me means any type – cardio (walking briskly, treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bicycle), strength training (through machines or free weights), and flexibility through stretching or yoga.
